| Membership Membership is available to ladies of all nationalities. The cost of joining is US$25 per year, renewable annually at US$20 . Payment is accepted in vnd at exchange rate set by ILV Committee. Membership entitles you to a Welcome Pack which includes a current copy of ILV's very popular Saigon Guide. This valuable book contains sections covering important local facts, health recommendations and relocation tips, as well as a listing of local businesses, some offering special discounts to ILV members. This directory is an invaluable resource for shopping, entertainment, and obtaining services in HCMC. You will also receive a cookbook written in English and Vietnamese and a Restaurant Guide.
