The party will begin with welcome drinks at 1:00 pm. Tickets for members are 1.7 million VND. That information will also help us in planning the time and location of our greeting desk that will be available to welcome you, assist you with ticket handover and further information.

The theme of the party is Ao Dai. In case you need or want to have one made, here are some options:

There are several Ao Dai shops on Pasteur, between Vo Thi Sau and Tran Quoc Toan (opposite Pasteur Institute, D3). Many of them don’t have websites, so your best option is to go there and walk that one block and check the shops. Here are a couple that have a website:

Saigon, October 10, 2016

Dear current and past ILV members,

Our 25th Anniversary Group has been working on all areas related to the coming Anniversary Week in March 2017.

The Big Anniversary Lunch will be on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 as mentioned before. We are still working on the location, but the event will take place in downtown Saigon. The theme of the lunch will be Ao Dai. If you already own this lovely Vietnamese costume, make sure to bring it with you. If you haven’t got one or if you wish to have a new one made, we will provide you with tailor shops that can make them in a short time.

The Anniversary Week is from Saturday, March 18 to Sunday, March 26, 2017. The week will include different kinds of activities, both for us Ladies and for the spouses. The Annual General Meeting, AGM will be held on Thursday, March 23, and we hope to see many of you there as well. We will organise regular ILV activities (like bowling, bridge, mah-jong and shanghai rummy) for larger audience. We will make sure there are enough occasions for get together events and we will let you know the coolest/nicest places in this city. There will also be opportunities to participate in activities organised by other companies (like trips to places around Saigon, city tours at night or at daytime and overnight trips).

We are working on a special price for accommodation for those who want to stay in a hotel in District 1.

We hope you have started your preparations to join us for the Anniversary Week. We will gladly answer if you have any questions related to the Anniversary Week. We hope to start the sign up and selling of tickets to the Anniversary Lunch by the beginning of December. Also our detailed Anniversary Week program will be available then.
